Shirley graduated in 1976 from California State University at Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She has lived and worked in King and Snohomish counties for more than 30 years.

Shirley specializes in manual therapy techniques for both the lower and upper extremities.

Bob completed his physical therapy training at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He has a Master’s in Education from the University of Idaho and has completed Level III coursework from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Locally, Bob has been involved in the athletic training programs for both the Everett and Lake Stevens School Districts for more than 25 years. He has served various in roles in the professional community, including board positions for the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish County and the General Hospital Foundation.

Bob specializes in extremities and sports rehabilitation.

Kelly graduated from the University of Southern California in 1994 with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has practiced solely in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation settings, focusing on manual therapy. Kelly has extensive experience treating acute and chronic spinal conditions and peripheral joint dysfunctions. She has taken course work that includes Brian Mulligan’s Mobilization with Movement and David Butler’s Neural Tension. Kelly has completed Level III certification with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Kevin has practiced physical therapy since graduating from the University of Montana, in 1988. He began his career in acute care and has focused primarily on outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation for the past eight years.

He is currently completing coursework through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Nancy graduated in 1986 from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She enjoys the varied patient caseload that accompanies working in outpatient rehabilitation settings.

Nancy enjoys treating patients of all ages who have suffered spine and extremity injuries and dysfunctions. When Nancy is not treating patients, she continues her clinical education through the Mulligan Mobilization with Movement Program.

Dave graduated in 1998 from Idaho State University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. He is recognized as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. It is an approach that involves a combination of manual therapy techniques and functional exercise.

Dave is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and has completed Level II through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He is an active Certified Clinical Instructor for students studying physical therapy from all over the United States.

Annie began her physical therapy career with Summit – Marysville after graduating from the University of Washington with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. Prior to moving to Washington State, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training Education at New Mexico State University in 2001.

She specializes in general orthopedics and takes pride in watching her patients return to the activities that they enjoy.

Karsten graduated from the University of Washington in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He stayed at UW to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy two years later.

Karsten specializes in general orthopedics and sports injuries. He is inspired by evidence-based practice and enjoys making a positive imact on his patients lives.

Kit graduated from the University of Montana in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and pre-physical therapy, and from Northwestern University in 1976 with a Physical Therapy certificate.

Kit is Chairman of the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee at Marysville-Pilchuck High School. He specializes in orthopedics with an emphasis on sports injuries and vestibular rehabilitation.

Craig graduated from the University of Washington’s Physical Therapy program in 1984 and has served the Everett and Marysville communities ever since. He specializes in spinal rehabilitation with an emphasis on sacroiliac joint inflammation and upper-cervical spine dysfunction. Craig also treats sports in juries to the shoulder, knee and ankle.

Craig is a frequent volunteer in the local schools as an advisor and physical therapist for athletic activities.

Brad graduated from Washington State University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. He went on to receive his Certificate in Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in 1972.

Brad specializes in general orthopedics, sports physical therapy and golf-related injury management.

MaryAlice has practiced physical therapy in the Seattle area for more than 28 years. She received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the Washington University – St. Louis in 1979.

MaryAlice treats patients with a variety of orthopedic injuries and dysfunctions, and she has a special interest in treating patients with vestibular disorders and women's health conditions. She has completed coursework in vestibular rehabilitation and on treatment methods for women who suffer from incontinence.

When she is not treating patients, MaryAlice continues her clinical education training through North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

Nancy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern California in 1985. Three years later, she received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Chapman University.

Nancy is currently focusing her clinical practice in the area of women’s health, including pregnancy-related musculoskeletal disorders, incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Maggie has practiced physical therapy in the Seattle area for more than 29 years. Along with her general orthopedic patient load, Maggie also treats patients who suffer from lymphedema. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut in 1979. In 2008, she became a certified Lymphedema Therapist

When Maggie is not treating patients, she continues her clinical education with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). She is certified in adult hemiplegia and brain injuries through the Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association .

Ellen is a native of St. Louis and recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She moved to Washington and began working at Summit-mill Creek in the summer of 2006. She enjoys getting to know her patients on an individual basis, while helping them restore function and gain awareness about their injury or illness.

Ellen continues to gain experience in orthopedic rehabilitation with a special focus on vestibular rehabilitation. She also enjoys working with high school athletes and helping them return to the sports that they love.

Karen graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Since then she has completed course work involving the knee and shoulder, and dizziness and balance disorders.

Karen treats patients with a variety of general orthopedic injuries and dysfunctions and specializes in vestibular and ergonomic rehabilitation. In addition to her specialties, she enjoys treating pediatric and geriatric patients.

Tim graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from California State University at Long Beach. He relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 1984 and has provided therapy care in the Snohomish area ever since.

Tim specializes in spinal rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. He is an active member of the community, working with Snohomish High School athletic teams as well as other local sports teams for more than 15 years.

Stephanie graduated in 2003 from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Four years later she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in Arizona where she completed clinical internships at the Borrows Neurological Institute in Phoenix and at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.

Stephanie wanted to become a physical therapist at a young age after suffering from her own injuries as a gymnast. Stephanie now takes pride in helping her patients return to work and the daily activities that they enjoy.

Lisa graduated in 1999 from the University of Washington with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After working as a physical therapy assistant for three years, she returned to school and received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California.

In addition to general orthopedic rehabilitation, Lisa also specializes in manual therapy techniques and women’s health. She is inspired by her patients and enjoys helping them return to their active lifestyles.

Cheryl graduated from the University of Colorado in 1995 with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University.

Cheryl grew up in Tennessee and has lived in Washington since 1995. She has a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal dysfunction, as well as pediatric sports injuries.
