Bob Fankhauser, PT
Bob completed his physical therapy training at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He has a Master’s in Education from the University of Idaho and has completed Level III coursework from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Locally, Bob has been involved in the athletic training programs for both the Everett and Lake Stevens School Districts for more than 25 years. He has served various in roles in the professional community, including board positions for the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish County and the General Hospital Foundation. Bob specializes in extremities and sports rehabilitation.

Kelly Frick, MPT
Kelly graduated from the University of Southern California in 1994 with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Since then, she has practiced solely in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation settings, focusing on manual therapy. Kelly has extensive experience treating acute and chronic spinal conditions and peripheral joint dysfunctions. She has taken course work that includes Brian Mulligan’s Mobilization with Movement and David Butler’s Neural Tension. Kelly has completed Level III certification with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

Nancy Steele, PT
Nancy graduated in 1986 from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She enjoys the varied patient caseload that accompanies working in outpatient rehabilitation settings. Nancy enjoys treating patients of all ages who have suffered spine and extremity injuries and dysfunctions. When Nancy is not treating patients, she continues her clinical education through the Mulligan Mobilization with Movement Program.

Dave graduated in 1998 from Idaho State University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. He is recognized as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. It is an approach that involves a combination of manual therapy techniques and functional exercise.
Dave is also a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and has completed Level II through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He is an active Certified Clinical Instructor for students studying physical therapy from all over the United States.

Ellen is a native of St. Louis and recently graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She moved to Washington and began working at Summit-mill Creek in the summer of 2006. She enjoys getting to know her patients on an individual basis, while helping them restore function and gain awareness about their injury or illness. Ellen continues to gain experience in orthopedic rehabilitation with a special focus on vestibular rehabilitation. She also enjoys working with high school athletes and helping them return to the sports that they love.

Still University in Arizona where she completed clinical internships at the Borrows Neurological Institute in Phoenix and at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.
Stephanie wanted to become a physical therapist at a young age after suffering from her own injuries as a gymnast. Stephanie now takes pride in helping her patients return to work and the daily activities that they enjoy.
